For design and engineering we use SolidWorks Professional workstations. With these tools, we can create 3D models of any part and component.
From these 3D models we can produce workshop drawings or CAM data for CNC production. For customer preview, we have several rendering options. Here are
some examples of our 3D engineering work:
Control & Instrument Panels:
Various control panels for different aircraft and purposes.
Instrument Stands & Secondary Structures:
We developed and created instrument stands and secondary structures for AS-350, SA-226TC Metroliner, EC-135, B737NG, A320 and Nato E-3A Awacs cockpit replicas.
Dimensions of these components are taken from the original aircraft or used from data, provided by the customer. 3D laser scanning also an option to create highly detailed
engineering information.
Flight Controls & Helicopter Parts:
Crew Seat Replicas:
A320 cockpit seat replica for flight simulation with adjustable height, forward and back movement, both mechanical and electrical operated.
Detailed replicated, adjustable sidestick armrest with mechanical indicator. Various seatbelt versions can be installed.
