To ensure best quality, we invest in a growing number of high quality tools and infrastructure. This enables us to have a high influence on manufacturing quality and delivery time. Our current in-house capabilities are:

- Laser marking for legends, dials and lightplates
- Cockpit stickers, labels and markings
- Spray painting and other surface treating
- Wood work for mockup and simulator applications
- Sheet metal work (riveting, bending, surface treatment)
- Mechanical workshop for installation work
- Electronic workshop for small electronic work
Most customers are interested to contract for complete system solutions. A small subcontractor network of local companies deliver high quality components to complete our products. We use the following capabilties from these companies:
- CNC sheet metal laser cutting (Max Aicher GmbH)
- Water cutting (Kaeppler&Pausch)
- CNC bending (Max Aicher GmbH, Metallbau Schone)
- Certified aluminium and steel welding (Metallbau Schone)
- Arinc/CAN aerospace ready circuit board kits (Flightpanels)
- Special engineering (Dipl.Ing. Holger Bruning)

Avionics trainer panel for original equipment
One of two different FLARM (anti-collision) reduction plates (e.g. installation into 80mm instrument cutouts in glider towing aircraft). This product has been manufactured in larger quantities.
