About us
LausitzAviation - Aerospace Simulation Systems - Quality made in Germany
- A company from Germany -
|
LausitzAviation is a small company, based in Germany. The company was founded in 2004 by Marcus Menzel with a budget of
20 Euro and passion for aviation.
We started with a Boeing 737 center pedestal, made from MDF that has been shipped to the USA. From the first money that was earned
we invested in developments. One year later we improved our manufacturing quality with the use of laser cutting machines, aluminium riveting and welding.
CNC Machines that we are using:
TrumaBend bending machine
Trumatic 3030 sheet metal laser cutting machine
Epilog laser for laser marking
Special tools, we use:
ATS and Edgar Hausmann riveting tools
Pneumatic rivet guns
Gesipa riveting tools
DZUS installation tools |
Since 2008 we are located on Bautzen commercial airport. Since 2009 we have another facility together with SiCoTec on the historic Berlin Johannisthal airfield.
Cooperations:
We are working together with FlightPanels. This small company is dedicated to CAN Aerospace and Arinc 429 electronics development. SiCoTec is our direct partner for projection domes,
cockpit platforms and simulator cabins.
Coorporate governance:
Quality
To deliver the best product for our customers is the number one directive in our small company - otherwise there is no way to survive.
Working atmosphere:
Good products need motivated workers, engineers and managers. A fair partnership with all employees together with the knowledge of human factors is a must for every employee. - otherwise
we can not achieve a good quality.
Economics - the intelligent way:
LausitzAviation is always free of debts. So we are a company that is small, not targeted on representation, but very solid in business operation. This uncomplicated way allows us to be more focused on the product. Some customers like it and some not. Both are welcome and will get a good product!
